AutoCon Los Angeles 2013 SPOTLIGHT: Alexia Cortez

The essence of a model is a concept only explored at its surface through the emotive artistry one is able to convey within any given moment.  In many aspects of the profession, a certain innate quality and value of character is required for the effective progression of a career, a charm and humility that keeps a talent grounded and balanced towards any challenges that may arise in the future.  While ambition and success tends to divert many from their roots, others embrace such fortune and drive within the harmony of graciousness and virtue.  Perhaps, no other figure in the automotive scene today displays such respect and affection for the field of modeling quite like Alexia Cortez.  One of the hardest working women within the promotional scene, Alexia has truly battled to be where she is today, rising from within the talent saturated urban and import automotive scenes to her current status as a leading international spokesmodel for prestigious brands such as Monster Energy.  While such honors would often signal a change of environment or routine for many industry professionals, Alexia still remains true to the scene that has always appreciated her, an unfaltering commitment that fans are likewise certain to express throughout these exciting and dynamic stages of her modeling career.  The proof of such an assertion would lie upon the sheer volume of excited spectators at her table during AutoCon LA 2013.

Extreme Autofest Anaheim 2013: The League of Extraordinary Women

Once upon a time, a disturbance in the spacetime continuum was felt throughout the known multi-universe, prompting swift action from the most renowned superheroes to thwart the threat of impending interdimensional catastrophe.  As they approached the source of the distress, a sudden calm immersed them from within a distant speck of beaming matter.  And then, an ominous rumble began, signaling the collapse of the mysterious brilliance into a massive, galaxy-sucking darkness.  Caught by surprise and witnessing their realities distorting to the influence of the anomaly, they found themselves helpless to the force that inevitably directed them into an inexplicable void.  But then, there came the shuffles of steps and the murmur of activity, eventually followed by bursting sound and musical variety.  The heroes would be awoken in a strange new land while fantastically fused in spirit and body with some of the talented female personas within the modeling industry.  Their only clue as to their whereabouts would be a banner on the tables before them, which would adequately describe this intriguing scene of fast cars and beautiful women.  With people immediately taking notice of their arrival, they found it best to just go with the flow until a thorough investigation could be properly conducted, a mission they eventually neglected within the spirit and excitement of this Extreme Autofest celebration.

Progressive International Motorcycle Show of Long Beach 2012 SPOTLIGHT: Alexia Cortez

Alexia Cortez is a superstar in the modeling industry with seemingly no limits. A beloved multi-time SpoCom bikini figure finalist with several big named automotive magazine covers to her credit, she has definitely developed into an icon within the import and drifting modeling scenes. In 2012, she caught the attention of one of the leading energy drink brands and sports sponsors in the country, joining the prestigious Monster Energy promotional team as a special events spokeswoman. This distinction matched with her reputation would allow her to tour with both the premier drifting and off-road motorcycling circuits, Formula Drift and AMA Supercross, within the very same year. One could even go into her accomplishments within the pageant world and big name billboard advertising, but perhaps that’s another story for another time. For now, here at the Progressive International Motorcycle Show, seeing this beautiful talent in official race girl threads courtesy of Del Amo Motorsports, it just seems fitting. Alexia lives for this.
